Airport Transfer

We offer regular services to all UK airports including: Birmingham | Heathrow | Gatwick | Stansted | Luton | Bristol | Southampton | Cardiff | Manchester | East MidlandsWe offer a flat fee which is agreed in advance and includes a 45 minute waiting period for pick ups. We confirm flights prior to airport pick ups to check for late arrivals etc although progress calls are welcome. Prices are per car based on upto four people in a typical saloon. Larger MPV's can be arranged also.

Station Taxi

If you require a taxi to or from Worcester Shrubhill Station /Worcester Foregate Station or need onward travel, you can be guaranteed Worcester Taxis Ltd will be the best company for the job. For onward travel when arriving at either station we advise booking at least 2 hours in advance and provide a mobile contact number so we can text you your driver and vehicle details and have your taxi ready and waiting for you as soon as you get off the train.

Your rights as a passenger.
When you hire a taxi or pre-book a private hire vehicle you have certain rights. These are:- The driver must charge no more than the fare that is shown on the meter unless the fare is agreed before the journey commences. The driver must take you to your destination by the shortest possible route unless you instruct otherwise. The driver must not allow other passengers to share the vehicle without your agreement. When requested, the driver should assist in loading and unloading luggage and should also carry it to or from a house, station or place where the passengers are taken up or set down. The driver should not smoke in his vehicle as it is now part of the new smokefree laws. You are entitled to be covered by adequate insurance for the duration of your journey. You may not be covered if the number of passengers carried exceeds what is permitted by the licence. Each person is a passenger regardless of age. You may not be covered if in the case of private hire, you are carried in the vehicle without pre-booking your journey with Worcester Taxis Ltd office beforehand and there is an accident caused by the driver of that vehicle.
Making a complaint.
If you have a problem with a taxi or taxi driver's behaviour, or you believe a vehicle to be unlicensed, report it immediately to us by calling on 01905 700777 or email:  If the problem involves a criminal act, report it to the West Mercia Police.
